Hi, I'm Syazni Aizat — a freelance photographer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, specializing in aerial, travel, documentary and aviation photography.

I picked up my first camera at 17. What started as curiosity became a way of seeing the world differently — and eventually, a full-time commitment to documenting the places, people and moments most people walk past without stopping for.

After completing my MSc in Geographical Information Systems in 2017, I made a deliberate choice to pursue photography seriously. That background still informs how I see landscape — as geography with a human layer on top.

My work spans drone aerials over Malaysian coastlines and rainforests, documentary series across Japan, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, aviation and airshow photography, and travel work that tries to go beyond the obvious frame.

Based in Kuala Lumpur. Shooting across Malaysia, Asia, and wherever the next project takes me. Available for commercial, editorial, and documentary projects.
